Greg Marchand is the owner of Great Bay Consulting, LLC, a company offering seminars, consulting services, and training in the area of Environmental Management Systems.

Greg is a former business consultant and ISO 14001 Management Representative for Toyota Motor Sales, USA, located in Mansfield, MA. He has facilitated customer retention initiatives, provided change management training, consulted with business principals regarding facility improvement, cost control, and profit maximization. Throughout his career he has provided training to many diverse groups ranging from dealership sales associates and technicians, to an electrical engineering group, to high school and college students. Greg regularly conducts training for the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources through a cooperative program with the Pollution Control Division.

As an ISO 14001 Management Representative he was responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the first ISO 14001 certified EMS at a Toyota, USA Parts Distribution Center and Regional Office Facility in the United States. While performing his duties as a Management Representative he became captivated with the idea of increasing profits while at the same time creating an environmentally responsible business entity, a concept not yet fully embraced at the time. This experience eventually brought him to a career in environmental management consulting and speaking.

Greg has completed ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Training, is a certified NATEF Evaluation Team Leader, and a certified curriculum facilitator for the Pacific Institute. He is currently active in promoting ISO 14001 and Environmental Management Systems through various media outlets.
